This 160 meter high, forty floor building stands at the edge of the city, adjacent to the Rhine River. Its base completes the upper terrace of a river park. A series of grand ramps and stairs connect to the lower terraces near the Rhine. The split, shifted oval tower is oriented toward the Rhine and the city, providing dramatic views and minimizing negative wind effects with its aerodynamic shape. Connecting glass floors at nine story intervals become skygardens, while also serving as communication floors and elevator crossovers.
